What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Can I pay with my debit card?

Yes, our shopping cart accepts debit cards, too.

How do I determine the right size for my pet?

It's a good idea to measure your pet from the neck to the base of the tail and along the widest part of the chest. For collars, measure around the neck. We have included sizing charts when available as well with items. If you need help, call us at 1-877-787-7907 or email us at info@rockstar-puppy.com.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you check-out, the order processing begins instantly and can not be stopped. However, we do allow returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

What is your policy on custom orders?

For custom orders, unfortunately we are not able to accept returns. When ordering custom items be sure to be accurate with sizing and check spelling for engraved items.

I was given a gift certificate and I have a store credit. How can I redeem them?

Simply shop online and when you check-out enter your GIFT CODE, or SPECIAL CODE that you were provided. Our shopping cart will handle the pricing adjustments electronically.

Do you have a print catalog?

At this time, only an online boutique, however, we look forward to offering a digital catalog in the future.
