We want you and your pet to be satisfied with your purchase. Any worn or used items may not be returned. Regular priced unused and unworn merchandise may be returned for any reason within 15 days. To return or exchange an item simply fill out our returns/exchanges form and include it with your returned merchandise. This will help us process your return accurately and quickly. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns will be credited in full minus shipping (we ship to you free, but what we pay to ship the item to you will be deducted from your credit) and a 15% restocking fee. Restocking fees do not apply to exchanges.
**NOTE: All Clearance Items Are Final Sale
**Costumes: Due to high demand and limited availability, we will not accept returns on costumes purchased after Oct. 10th
Items that appear used or have incomplete packaging will be rejected and shipped back to you.

What is your policy on custom orders?
For custom orders, unfortunately we are not able to accept returns. When ordering custom items be sure to be accurate with sizing and check spelling for engraved items.
What is your holiday return policy?
Items purchased from November 1 through December 24 can be returned for store credit or exchanged by December 31st. All other conditions of our standard return policy apply.
Can I cancel my order?
Once you check-out, the order processing begins instantly and can not be stopped. However, we do allow returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Should you, and we hope not decide against the item, send it back to us, unused, with all tags and original packing and we'll refund you for your total, minus any shipping, and a 15% restocking fee. |
